Queue numbers are issued at reception from 07:45. Booked patients are seen at their slot time.
What we treat
One clinic for the whole household
Most families need a handful of the same things over and over. We built the practice around those, and we do them properly rather than stretching thin.
Children & immunisation
Growth checks, the full childhood vaccine schedule, feeding and sleep advice, and a waiting corner that survives a toddler.
Women's health
Cervical screening, contraception, menopause reviews, antenatal follow-up and referrals to specialist obstetric care.
Dental care
Scaling and polishing, fillings, extractions, and children's dental checks. Emergency toothache slots are held back each morning.
Laboratory tests
Blood counts, glucose, lipids, thyroid, urinalysis and rapid tests. Routine results are ready the same afternoon.
Health screening
Annual packages for adults, pre-employment checks and travel medicine, including advice on vaccines before you fly.
How a visit works
Four steps, no guesswork
Book your slot
Choose a time online or by phone. Tell us roughly what it is about so we can allocate the right room.
Check in
Arrive ten minutes early. Bring an ID and, if you have one, your insurance card.
See the doctor
You get the full slot. If tests are needed, the lab is a few steps away, not a different building.
Follow up
Results and next steps come to you by phone or email. Repeat prescriptions can be renewed without a second visit.

Last registration is one hour before closing. Dental and physiotherapy run on their own timetable, so book those ahead.

Common questions
Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are seen between booked patients. Booking simply means you wait less, and on busy mornings that difference can be an hour.
Can I be seen the same day?
Yes. A block of slots is kept free every morning and afternoon for urgent problems. Call before 11:00 for the best chance.
Do you take insurance?
We work with most major providers and can bill them directly. Bring your card, and ask reception to confirm cover before your consultation.
How do I get my lab results?
Routine results are ready the same afternoon. We call you if anything needs attention, and email a copy on request.
Is there parking?
There are patient bays behind the building and step-free access from the street entrance.
